Criminal Certainty of Indonesia Immigration Law
THE RUGULATIONS OF INDONESIA
NO. 9 YEAR OF 1992
ABOUT : MATTERS PERTAINING TO IMMIGRATION
I would like to inform about MATTERS PERTAINING TO IMMIGRATION especially of foreigner who will visit to Indonesia.
But I just inform about criminal certainty, and that is the chapter VIII Regulations of Number 9 year of 1992, as follow :
Article 48
Everyone who is enter or out to Indonesian Region without inspection pass by Immigration Officer at Inspection Immigration on the Place will be punishable with imprisonment maximal 3 years, or maximal Rp. 15.000.000,- (fifteen million rupiah) fine.
Article 49
Imprisonment maximal 6 years and maximal Rp. 30.000.000,- (thirdty million rupiah) fine ;
a. The Foreigner who is doing on purpose of false made or falsify of visa or permit of Immigration ; or
b. The Foreigner who is doing on purpose use of visa or false permit of Immigration or have done false to enter or their/his/her presence in Indonesian Region.
Article 50
The Foreigner who is doing on purpose of misuses or doing activity which does’nt matching with permit has given to them will be imprisonment maximal 5 years or maximal Rp. 25.000.000,- (twenty five million rupiah) fine.
Article 51
The Foreigner who is not do their obligatory like mentioned in Article 39 or does’nt pay burden cost like mentioned Article 45 will be punishable with confinement maximal 1 year and/or maximal Rp. 5.000.000,- (five million rupiah) fine.
Article 52
The Foreigner who is Immigration Permit expire already and still presence in Indonesian Region pass by 60 days from limit has given to them, will be imprisonment maximal 5 years or Rp. 25.000.000,- (twenty five million rupiah) fine.
Article 53
The Foreigner is not valid presence in Indonesian Region or was thrown out or was deported and come back again in Indonesian with not valid will be punishable with imprisonment maximal 6 years or maximal Rp. 30.000.000,- (thirty million rupiah) fine.
Article 54
Everyone with doing on purpose, hidden, protection, give lodgings, give livelihood or job to foreigner that know or
continue.....
